Terms of Use
Waker (the "App") is provided by Aleksandr Saliukov ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these terms.
1. What the App does — and what it doesn't promise
Waker is an alarm clock that keeps ringing until your iPhone's camera has verified a morning mission. There are five missions: finding a household object the App picks at random, push-ups, squats, a plank hold, and brushing your teeth. A routine can contain up to three missions in a row. No photo is saved.
Your iPhone's system stop control (or a hardware button) always ends the current ring; the App cannot prevent that. If the mission isn't done, Waker rings again. An unfinished mission stops ringing on its own after about 30 minutes.
It is a convenience and motivation tool, not a safety-critical system: do not rely on it as your only safeguard where oversleeping could cause harm or loss. Alarms only work if your device is on and charged and you have allowed alarms for the App. Your iPhone's Ringtone and Alerts volume and your iOS settings control how loud the alarm is. You are responsible for checking these settings and permissions; the App checks them where it can but cannot guarantee them.
2. Health and safety
The exercise missions are exercise. The App does not give medical advice. Consult a professional before starting an exercise routine if you have any condition that makes exercise risky. Stop any exercise mission right away if you feel unwell, dizzy, or in pain. Take care when you get up and move around, especially in the dark. Choose a supported repetition count or hold duration, or choose a mission that requires no exercise, such as finding an object. Brushing verification checks visible movement, not how well you clean your teeth.
3. Subscription
Waker Pro is an auto-renewable subscription (currently $34.99/year or $7.99/week, or the equivalent in your local currency; the prices shown in the App for your region are the ones that apply). Some offers start with a 7-day free trial: unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, it becomes the paid yearly subscription (currently $34.99/year). If you cancel a purchase in Apple's purchase sheet, Waker may show a follow-up offer at a reduced price (currently $17.49/year or $3.99/week, in some cases after 14 free days); the reduced price also applies to every renewal. The price, the billing period, and any trial are always shown on the subscription screen before you confirm.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; cancel anytime in iOS Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions. Manage or restore purchases from the subscription screen or Waker's Settings.
Purchases, billing, cancellations, and refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's terms. If you are a consumer in the EU, you exercise any statutory right of withdrawal through Apple.
A subscription is required to create or edit alarms. If it ends, alarms you already scheduled keep working, and you can still turn off or delete alarms.
4. Acceptable use
Don't reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the App, and don't use it to violate anyone's rights. The App and its content are licensed to you, not sold, for personal use on Apple devices you own or control, per the standard Apple EULA.

Camera processing is fully on-device; see the Privacy Policy for the complete picture.
6. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer, including your statutory warranty rights. The mandatory consumer-protection law of the country where you live continues to apply.
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body, or health, and under product-liability law.
For slight negligence, we are liable only if we breach an essential contractual obligation — one that makes proper use of the App possible in the first place and on which you may regularly rely — and then only for the typical damage that was foreseeable when our contract was made. Otherwise, we are not liable for slight negligence.
Apart from your statutory rights and the liability described above, and to the extent the law allows, the App is provided "as is", without further warranties.
7. Changes
We may update these terms, for example when the App's features or the law change. We announce material changes in advance in the App or on this page and update the date above. A material change does not become binding on you just because you keep using the App. If you don't agree, you can object by email or cancel your subscription in iOS Settings before the change applies.
